  •  Improved Communications and transparency through the Madden Minute email and social
    media, updated city website with Code Enforcement and Public Works work order system, and the live streaming of city council meetings.
  • Robust Emergency Plan that is updated annually.
  • Added full time Code Enforcement officer.
  • Impactful beautification projects including Florida Street street-scape and Monroe Street under the overpass.
  • Traffic improvements at Highway 190, Highway 22, East Causeway, and Monroe Street.
  • Better and new recreational opportunities for everyone with projects such as Harbor Field, Neighborwoods, East Causeway Approach sidewalk, Golden Glen pickleball courts.
  • Secured $11.8 million in state funding for the LA-22 Drainage Project and the
    design and construction of a new Mandeville Police Station, $2.8 million from
    the Louisiana Water Sector Program for lift station and water line upgrades.
